After all these years of investments in swimming facilities in Malta, we cannot help of not being grateful to the Gozo Minister for investing in the new Aquatic Sports Centre. Apart from being a huge investment towards the Gozitans, this is also a vote of confidence in the only Gozitan Waterpolo team ,Otters, which this year is celebrating its 50th anniversary. As works on the Aquatic and Sports Centre are well under way, Otters ASC are confident that with this investment in the Gozitan community the game of water polo and other swimming disciplines will be able to reach higher levels and compete on a level playing field with other local teams and athletes. This complex will also enable local clubs to introduce high level water polo and swimming professional coaching to the Gozitan Community. We are sure that this Aquatic centre will be a second home to all Gozitan aquatic sport practitioners and enthusiasts.
