Our Club proudly announces the signing of two new players, Mark Meli and Andrea Bianchi. They both need no introduction to the followers of waterpolo in Malta.
For Mark it’s a completely new experience. He has been a one club man spending a fantastic 24 year playing career with Sliema, with whom he won considerable honours. He was the Sliema team captain for the last six years and regularly played for Malta for several years.
Andrea Bianchi kicked off his career with Neptunes, before signing for Sliema at the age of 16. He represented Sliema in age group competitions and the senior team for a number of years. He then moved to San Giljan, then Exiles and finally Valletta. Andrea also played for Malta at junior and senior level.
The addition of these two experienced players will certainly help our youngsters to raise their performances.
